How to Access your Recorded Training Calls

Recorded Rethink Trainings will be stored within the Demo Client’s File Cabinet

If a Rethink training session is recorded, it will be saved within your Demo Client’s File Cabinet and will be accessible following your live training session. To access the recorded video links found in your Demo Client File Cabinet, please open the desired document within the Resources folder (select View or Download found in the Actions field).

** Please keep in mind that permissions that you have set across various staff titles will affect level of access to the Demo Client and thus these resources.

Once the document is opened you will need to copy the video link and past it within your browser’s URL field. Press Enter and you will be brought to the video resource provided. Some resources may be password protected. If so, the password will be provided within the resource document.
