Step 1 Behavior support

If you need to add a behavior as a recommended behavior, the only requirement is that step 1 is completed.

In step 1, the only requirement is to add in the behavior name.

Additional steps of behaivor support can be added for recommended behaviors, but you are only required to add step 1 for it to populate into a funder report.

Ex.

  • Behavior name

  • Behavior Definition

  • Behavior Justification

  • Behavior Intensity/Severity

Step 1 Fields

When adding in step 1 for recommended goals to populate in a funder report, the behavior name is the only required field. However, you can add in the following fields as well:

  • Behavior Definition

  • Behavior Justification

  • Behavior intensity

Tip!

  • If you haven’t gathered baseline data yet, it’s recommended to add in the behavior name and to include any informal reports from the family/school on the behavior in the “Behavior Justification” or “Behavior Severity/Intensity” field.

  • In addition, you can document in what timeframe baseline data will be collected in this space.

Tip!

When creating a behavior that you’d like to populate as a recommended behavior, data collection will default to frequency. If you anticipate needing another type of data collection type for baseline, make this change when setting up the behavior initially.
