Improvement when backdating & switching from baseline to intervention with skills and behaviors (Website Functionality)

Skill Acquisition Goals/Data Entry

• With skill acquisition programs, when backdating baseline and switching from baseline to intervention, the date shown on the calendar icon when switching will be the date shown on the autophase change line. (Ex. 6/2/2022)

• When backdating with skill acquisition programs and switching from baseline to intervention, the baseline data points will be displayed to the left of the phase change line and the intervention data points will be dispayed to the right of the phase change line.

• Rethink will now track the date that you switched from baseline to intervention with skills (see calendar image to the left).

• When you switch from Bl to intervention data, intervention data can be entered on or after the date that you make the switch from BL to Intervention.

Behavior Support Goals/Data Entry

With behaviors reduction programs, when backdating baseline and switching from baseline to intervention, the date shown on the calendar icon when switching will be the date shown on the autophase change line. (Ex. 5/4/2022)

• When backdating with reduction programs and switching from baseline to intervention, the baseline data points will be displayed to the left of the phase change line and the intervention data points will be dispayed to the right of the phase change line.

• Rethink will now track the date that you switched from baseline to intervention with behaviors (see calendar image to the left).

• When you switch from Bl to intervention data, intervention data can be entered on or after the date that you make the switch from BL to Intervention.

Attempting to enter intervention data prior to the baseline to intervention switch or baseline data.

If you attempt to back date data prior to the intervention switch date, you will receive a notification stating that data needs to be entered on xx/xx/xxxxx date or after.

This messaging applies to both skills and behaviors.

Error messaging stating “Please enter data on a date on or after xx/xx/xxxx (baseline data date).”

Bypassing baseline and switching to intervention without data entered for skills or behaviors

If you attempt to bypass baseline and switch to Intervention without baseline data entered, you will receive a notification stating that data needs to be entered on xx/xx/xxxx date or after.

This messsaging applies to both skills and behaviors.

Error messaging stating “Please enter data on a date on or after xx/xx/xxxx.” The date shown is the date that you switched (bypassed bl) to intervention data.
