Good to Know:
Series id and single occurrence appointment id can be searched.
Enter only “number” format.
Single Occurrence Appt ID Search
Enter Appointment ID for single occurrence appointments
Good to Know:
The system does not require the Appointment Date From and To fields to be entered since a single occurrence appointment has its own unique ID.
A single occurrence appointment can be created when:
User creates appointment that is not recurring
User verifies or completes a session note for an appointment that was part of the series, which results in the system creating a unique appointment id.
Series ID Search
The system requires the Appointment Date From and To fields to be entered since the appointment series can include appointments that exceed a 92 day period.
If there are appointments that have both a series ID and Appt ID, the single occurrence Appt ID will be displayed in the Appt ID column
