Automastery of Skills and Behaviors

Company Account

In the company account, under clinical settings, you will see a new setting that gives you the ability to turn Automastery on/off for all skills or all behaviors across all clients.

There will also be an setting for Automastery at the individual client level and the individual program level for skills and behaviors.

By default, with new and existing accounts, Automastery will be turned OFF. It can be enabled at the company account level, client level, or individual program level.

Automastery can be used with all types of data collection types for skills and behaviors.

Client Program/Client Level

Settings for all skills

At the individual client level, you have the ability to turn automastery on/off for all skill acquisition programs.

You will also have the option to turn Automastery Notifications on/off depending on your preference.

When Automastery is turned on, Autofade Prompts is automatically turned on as well.

If Automastery is turned on at the Client level, it will automatically be turned on at the individual program level for all skill acquisition progrms.

Client Program/

Individual Skill Goal

For an individual program, you can turn automastery on/off depending on the need.

If Automastery is turned on for all skill acquisition programs, by default this wil be turned on at the individual program level.

To disable automastery for an individual program, uncheck Automastery and save changes.

If you need to turn Automastery on/off for a few inidividaul programs, this can be done both with the client and individual program settings.

Updated Data Decision Pop Up and Automastery Notifications

With the automastery feature, you will now see:

Automastery notifications/confirmation messages : You will see these messages if Automastery Notifcations are turned on:

Since no actions are needed with Automastery, you will see confirmation messages vs. Data Decisions for programs set up with Automastery.

Confirmation Messages will give you an overview of what has been Automastered for your client.

With Manual Mastery data decisions, you can now click on a link directly to VIEW DATA!

With Automastery Confirmation Message, you have the option to click on Ok, Thanks or VIEW DATA. There are no actions that are needed for Automastery Confirmation Messages.

Data entry with Automastery Notifications Turned On

When entering data, all targets, objectives, and goals mastered by automastery will have a confirmation message in Data Entry if Automastery Notifications are turned on:

If Automastery Notifications are turned off, you will not see the pop up messaging shown to the left or with the data decision pop up.

View Data, Analyze Data, & Funder Reports

All targets, objectives, and goals mastered by automastery will be shown in Analyze Data. Automastery will be shown as mastery on the graph view and in the details below the graphs.

Mobile App

No Changes have been made on the mobile app; automastered targets and goals will be removed from the app after logging into the app.

With Automastery if you are logged into the app and automaster a target, objective or goal on the website at the same time and then attempt to sync data on the app, the data will sync as invalid. This is because the target, objective, or goal has already been mastered.

Automastery with targets, objectives, and goals will be shown on the graphs within the mobile app.

Behavior Support:

Setting for all Behaviors

At the individual client level, you have the ability to turn automastery on/off for all behavior reduction programs.

You will also have the option to turn Automastery Notifications on/off depending on your preference.

Individual Behavior Goal

For an individual Program, you can enable or disable automastery depending on the need. this can be done within Step 5 of the Behavior Plan:

If Automastery is turned on for all behavior reduction programs, by default this wil be turned on at the individual program level

If Automastery is turned on for all behaviors, Automastery Notifications wil also be turned for all behaviors.
