Analyze Data Filter Improvements: By Domain & By Status
In 'Analyze Data', skill and behavior programs can now be filtered by domain (Rethink or Custom Domains) and program status (Current, Future, Mastered, Discontinued, & Archived)

Analyze Data | Within the ‘Skills’ and ‘Behaviors’ reports, there is a new filter section that allows you to filter programs by domain and status.
Filter in ‘Skills’ Section: (located within each skill category-Abilities, Inclusion, Transition):

| The filter section is collapsible/expandable. To collapse or expand, click the ‘Filter’ button
To filter a program within ‘Skills’ or ‘Behaviors’ by name, type the name of the program in the ‘Name’ filter. The system will filter and display all programs with that name in the 'Choose Program’ dropdown.

Analyze Data-Domain Filter (Rethink or Custom Domains) | To filter a skill or behavior program by domain, click on the ‘Domain’ filter dropdown and select the domain you would like to filter by. (‘All Domains’ option will be the default setting)
If any skill or behavior programs are tagged with the Rethink or Custom domain you select and data has been entered into the programs (baseline minimum), the system will filter and display all programs with that domain in the 'Choose Program’ dropdown.

Analyze Data-Status Filter (Current, Mastered, Discontinued, & Archived) | To filter a skill or behavior program by status, click on the ‘Status’ filter dropdown and select the status you would like to filter by. (‘All Statuses’ option will be the default setting)
If any skill or behavior programs have the status you select and data has been entered into the programs (baseline minimum), the system will filter and display all programs with that status in the 'Choose Program’ dropdown.
