Show Cancelled Appointments Filter (Web/Mobile Browser)

In order to give users more control over what is visible on their calendars, we’ve added a new filter to the website/mobile browser that will allow users to show or hide cancelled appointments

1. Navigate to Scheduling>Individual Calendar or Group Calendar

2. In the header, there is a new ‘Show Cancelled Appointments’ checkbox

Individual Calendar:

Good to Know:

• The filter will be checked by default, and every time user logs in to their account

• If user unchecks the filter, it will remain unchecked until user logs out

• Filter selection made on Individual Calendar will be applied to the Group Calendar and vice versa

• When the filter is checked, the calendar will show all cancelled appointments

• When the filter is unchecked, the calendar will not show cancelled appointments

1. Navigate to Scheduling

2. At the top of the page, below the staff member filter, there is a new ‘Show Canceled Appointments’ toggle

Good to Know:

• The toggle will be ON by default and every time user logs in to their account

• If user turns toggle OFF, it will remain OFF until user logs out

• When the toggle is ON, the calendar will show all cancelled appointments

• When the toggle is OFF, the calendar will not show cancelled appointments
