Users will now have the ability to add or remove the Staff Home and/or Client Home values from the appointment location drop down field.

Turn on/off setting

In company account>scheduling>Scroll to a new section called “Appointment Location By Pass Option”.


In this section there are two toggles: client home and staff home

 

For existing accounts by default, the toggles will be in the “on” position.

 

For new accounts, by default the toggles will be in the “off” position.

Appointment location drop down field functionality

If either toggle is turned “on”, then the corresponding location will appear in the location drop own in appointment details

 

 

Impact on existing appointments when options are turned “off”

If either staff home or client home options are selected for the appointment location AND they are turned off in the company account, THEN

The appointment location will display with the word “deactivated”.

 

  • Users may edit the appointment location if needed but any option not turned on in the company account will not be visible.
