Navigating the Calendar
- When you enter the scheduling area you are taken to your own calendar in the individual calendar view.
- Depending on your permission settings, you may be able to access the calendars of other staff or clients. To do this begin typing the staff or client's name in the appropriate search box.
- You can also do a double filter where you see only appointments that a staff and client have together. If it looks like an appointment is missing its likely that you have unintentionally added two filters.
- Please note that the check box to "show archived appointments" will display appointments that were changed after a user downloaded these appointments into the app resulting in data that is now attached to an archived appointment. 5. To change which week you are viewing, use the mini calendar on the left side of the screen or the forward and back arrows on the right side of the screen. *Please note that you may need to change your screen resolution/zoom out in order to see these arrows near the top right of the screen.
6. You can also change from a weekly view to a monthly view by changing the option from 'week' to 'month' in the drop box near the top right side of the screen above the orange navigation arrows.
- The legend above the calendar explains what each appointment color is for:
- Green = Billable
- Green With While Stripes = Verified Billable Appointment
- Orange = Billable + Information is missing from Client's account that is needed for billing
- Blue = Non Billable appointments like team meetings, lunch & breaks
- Yellow = Travel
