Description

New Status Canceled-Rescheduled Updates

  • When an appointment is rescheduled, a new status Canceled-Rescheduled will be assigned

  • Canceled appointments that are rescheduled will no longer be removed from the users calendar.

  • Restrict users from deleting appointments with status Cancelled-Reschedule

  • New status filter added to the Appointment List

  • Added messaging when users are canceling or deleting appointments using the Actions button in the Appointment list

  • Added records in Audit Trail to provide visibility of changes made to appointments with status Cancelled-Rescheduled as well as the Rescheduled appointment.

Remove "Beta" label from appointment reminders in the company account

  • The appointment reminder feature is no longer in beta so we have removed the “beta” label.

 

Funder Report Performance Improvements

  • Removal of Data Point Tool Tip.

    • User will experience better performance and a faster load time.

 

  • Additional spinner when user is downloading a funder report.

    • VIsual indicator showing the user that the report is downloading.

  • Disable the Download/Save to File Cabinet Button when page is loading.

    • Improved UX to indicate that the download is in progress. The download button will be grayed out to prevent the user from clicking multiple times when the report is downloading.
