(Resizing) Updated Error Messaging for Cancelled and Archived Appointments
| When attempting to drag and drop an appointment to a different time within the same date in ‘Month’ View, users will see error message notifying them that time can only be changed in ‘Week’ view.
When attempting to drag and drop a cancelled appointment, error message has been updated to say: "Cancelled appointments cannot be moved to a different date or time"
When resizing an appointment that has not been verified and does not have a completed session note, the system will check against all existing scheduling rules and errors as needed.
When resizing an appointment, system will check for user permissions and display appropriate error messaging as needed (ie. according to client assignment, global lock, cancelled/archived appointment status etc.)
When attempting to resize a cancelled or archived appointments, user’s will see the following error messages: Cancelled appointments: Cancelled appointments cannot be moved to a different date or time. Archived appointments: Archived appointments cannot be moved to a different date or time. |
