Resizing an Appointment With Completed Verification/Session Note Tutorial: https://rethinkautism.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RBS/pages/3743318017 | Error pop-up will no longer have ‘Ok’ button and will remain in view until user clicks anywhere on the page. This update will impact other similar error messages in scheduling such as those seen when trying to drag and drop a cancelled appointment, archived appointment, etc. 
Updates to the above pop-up look as well as an update to the messaging to provide clearer instructions.
When editing the time of an appointment that has a session note draft to a future time on today’s date, user will receive notice that the session note will be removed. The removal will be reflected in the Audit Trail
When resizing an appointment with a completed parent/principal verification and/or completed session note, users with Edit Verified Appointments permission will be notified that changing the times of the appointment will not update the verification or session note timestamps. Users without Edit Verified Appointments permission will not be able to resize appointment with completed verifications/session notes. Staff verified appointments cannot be resized by any user. |
