RETHINK ANDROID APP - HOW TO UPDATE YOUR DEVICE

A new version of the Rethink IOS mobile app is launched occasionally. These updates bring important changes to improve the mobile experience - including improvements to overall speed and performance, ability to continue a previous session, keep up with the advances in technology and more.

Please follow the steps below to update. We recommend turning OFF automatic application updates on your device to prevent un-synced offline data from being lost and to ensure optimal performance with the update.

Log into your current version of the app WITH an internet connection to sync the data from your device to the web site
Clear the data cache for the RethinkBH App (Exact steps may vary from device to device)

Settings > Applications > Rethink BH > Storage > Clear Data

Uninstall the current version of the Rethink BH App (Exact steps may vary from device to device)

Find the Rethink BH app in your app list
Press and hold the app icon until you see an uninstall option somewhere on the screen, often at the top

Re-Install the new version from the app store
