Create and Manage Payroll Export Subscriptions (updated 1/27/2024)
Feature Updates as of 1/27/2024
All subscriptions generated will now be available in My Subscribed Reports below the main subscription
All subscribed reports that are generated will now be available instead of previous reports being overridden in the subscribed reports table
Subscribed reports will no longer be downloadable via email rather they will be available to download in users Rethink account and may be downloaded as needed.
To view the new column ‘Report ID’ with the clickable arrow
When the arrow is clicked on the parent row the child rows will expand and the arrow can be clicked again for the child row to become collapsed
The generated report will display the Report ID and child id
Status Updates
‘Subscribed’ will replace ‘Email link has expired’
When a subscription end date has passed it will be assigned an ‘Inactive’ status
Select Staff Assigned Locations to subscribed reports. Select 1 or multiple
Added the days of the week to the Select Delivery Date Monthly Calendar
Updated Pop Up: After user subscribes to a new report they will see new messaging informing them that an email notification will be sent to their email on record in their staff profile
Job ID has been replaced by Report ID in the My Subscribed Reports table and the payroll export
Improved Error Messaging:
Click Edit on the Action column on ‘My Subcribed Reports Tab’

For recurring subscriptions once an email link has expired, the system will update the status after the next report email link has been sent. Then the status will display as “Pass”. |
