Header Updates:

Authorization Number and Auth Status Displays (Inactive or Active)

Inactive Funder Warning

A warning will be displayed to inform users when an Insurance Funder policy is Inactive.

Good to Know: Currently, inactive funders may be selected when creating or editing authorizations. This update gives users clearer visibility, making it easier to identify and decide whether to connect an inactive funder.

Client Funder Insured Id and Policy Date Visibility

For Insurance Type Funders the insured Id and policy dates have been added to the funder drop down.

  • If no policy date has been entered, NA will display.

  • Label format is ‘Funder Name-Insured Id-Policy Dates’

For Other Type and Private Pay Funders NA will display for both insured id and policy dates since these fields do not currently exist in the policy form.

Default Referring Provider Autopopulates

If a default referring provider is present in the client record, then this value will autopopulate when adding a client authorization for the respective client.
