2. Staff Verification Process easier (Time Saver)

The "Actual" time fields in the Staff Verification window now default to the Scheduled Times.

This will save users time as they only need to change when the actual times are different than the time scheduled.

3. Payroll Export Improvements (Time Saver)

By default, the Payroll Export includes staff appointments that have met your company appointment requirements in your company set up.

You can now choose to export ALL staff appointments in addition to including cancelled appointments.

If you were running the Appointment List report in the Scheduler to see ALL appointments you no longer need to.

4. Billing Export Improvements

By default, the Billing Export will reflect the appointment requirements that were set in your company account.

Choose to include cancelled appointments (Use to bill select Funder's or Families)

5. Staff Member "No Pay Code"

If you need to assign a Pay Code that is Non Payable, you can edit an existing code or add a new code

N/A to your system.

This can come in handy if staff are running a group and schedule multiple clients, but will only be paid

for the 1 session.

6. Billing Code has been added to Authorization area

Users can now see which billing code is connected to the Service Name Field.
