Verify appointments using Rethink's Mobile APP

This new feature brings together the Scheduling Verification and Data Collection into Rethink's Mobile APP.

IMPORTANT: LOCATION SERVICES must be enabled on your device for this feature to capture a user's location

  • VERIFY appointment times OFFLINE and ONLINE.
  • Capture GPS location where staff and parent verifications occurred.

**future release will include option to complete session notes

  1. Link Data to an appointment (OPTIONAL)


   IMPORTANT:

FIRST, Appointments MUST be added on website version via mobile or desktop in order to see the appointment on the app. 



DATA CAN BE COLLECTED AND SYNCED WITHOUT CHOOSING AN APPOINTMENT.











  1. Select client(s)


2. Choose Behavior and Skills AND Record Data



3. Choose Appointment 


  • if there are no appointments scheduled the app will display "NO APPOINTMENTS TO VERIFY"
  • collect data with or without an appointment.
  •  verify an appointment with or without data collection
  • see your own appointments only 
  • only appointments that have NOT been connected to data will be retrieved
  • Billable and Non Billable appointments will be retrieved

2. Staff Verification

(offline or online)


Choose VERIFY

Click on STAFF tab 




  • Times are defaulted to the Scheduled Time
  • *You will need to give permission for access to your location for the GPS feature to capture your location.
  • The street, city and zip code will be associated with each verification
  • Future appointments may not be verified


3. Parent Verification (if required by your company)


Click on Parent Tab 

  • choose name from list or select OTHER to add another person
  • relationship will load automatically
  • sign
  • choose VERIFY


  • parents can only verify "billable" appointments
  •  to clear the signature and re do select the "clear" option
  • *You will need to give permission for access to your location for the GPS feature to capture your location.
  • The street, city and zip code will be associated with each verification
4. Sync

Choose SYNC after collecting data and verifying appointment times.
