NEW-Staff availability "Auto Find" feature when scheduling appointments

When creating single occurrence appointments easily see which staff are available on both desktop and mobile version.

Select Appointment Type, Date and Time

BEFORE

selecting Staff Member to ensure the system is searching for the correct appointment date and time. 


Complete all other required fields


Click SAVE










1.If a billable service has a credential requirement then you will see only those staff that have the needed credential.

2. Scroll or start typing in the staff name to filter faster.

(desktop only)

3.system displays  active staff regardless of client assignment assigned.



Icons will display to the left of each staff name in the staff member pull down showing your their availability for the appointment date and time you are needing to schedule.

Staff does not have an existing appointment in the system for the date and time frame.

Staff Availability Settings

Staff may be scheduled regardless of their availability.

Staff has another appointment on the same date and time frame you are trying to schedule.



Staff may still be scheduled.

Other Warning:

Staff Member will need to be assigned to this client


This warning means the staff has Scheduler permissions set to " Calendar of User & Clients Assigned to Them"


This appointment can still be saved but the staff will not be able to open, verify or complete session notes until they are assigned to the client.


Clear Staff Name 


Click the "x" to the right of the staff member field.

Click on "please select staff" to clear the staff member name.
