ON DEMAND Exceeds Authorization Check
The “on demand” feature allows users to identify hours that may have exceeded a client’s authorization.
This feature increases the visibility of identifying appointments that exceed hours, so users can determine if any adjustments in a funder’s company account settings or a client’s schedule is needed.

IMPORTANT: This feature will find appointments exceeding a client authorization that were the result of the Funder’s Scheduling Rule “Appointment Exceeds Authorized Hours” being set to to either “Warn & Allow” or “Allow”. |

3. | To locate appointments that exceed authorized hours in the Appointment List Enter Date Range Select Filter Criteria Scroll down to filter Appointments with Billing Issues, then select “Exceeded Authorized Hours” Click “Submit”
