Home > Behavior Resume Session

User Story

As a staff member tracking behaviors, I want the last students and selected behaviors worked on to be saved so that I return to a session that was not submitted and or return to log more data for the same group.

 

UI

  • The user navigates to the Home screen and views the Sessions section with the setup tracking sessions

    • We will add a “Sessions” section and a Behaviors card.

  • The user scrolls the screen up and the greeting banner has a collapsing animation and buttons for tracking are revealed.

  • The user clicks a tracking button to turn it off and hide the corresponding card from the screen view until it is clicked to turn on again

  • The user clicks the Resume button on the Behaviors card.

 

 

  • The Tracking tab will display

  • The Students and Behaviors from the recent sessions will open and ready for the user to track

 

 

 

 

Acceptance Criteria

  • The Home screen should greet the user with a personalized "Good morning, Good afternoon, Good evening" message depending on the time of day followed by the user's name.

  • There should be an animation when the user scrolls up that collapses the greeting message section and reveals buttons for the tracking cards.

  • Given the user clicks a tracking button off, the card will be hidden from the screen view until it is clicked on again.

  • The home screen will have sessions section with cards for Behaviors, Skills, Points, Incidents, and Self-Monitoring, each with its own icon and summary of the last tracked data.

    • The Sessions section will display for Behavior when the user logs into the mobile app after being logged out and they had tracking data open.

    • Given the user did not have any Behavior Tracking selected and open for a student, they will not see the Behavior card under “Sessions” section.

  • Each section should provide a snapshot of the most recent activity, including a list of student names and the date/time of the last tracking event.

  • The list of names should handle multiple entries elegantly, truncating with an indicator such as "+4 others" when there are more names than can be displayed.

  • The list of behaviors should handle multiple entries elegantly, truncating with an indicator such as "+4 others" when there are more behaviors than can be displayed.

  • Each section should have a clear and easy-to-tap Resume arrow button for the user to navigate to the detailed view of that category.

  • Given the user clicks the “Resume" button, they will navigate to the Tracking tab with the exact students and behaviors from the sessions opened and ready to add tracking data.

 

 

 


Home > Skills Resume Session

Home > Completed Tracking Cards

User Story

As a staff member tracking data, I want to view a summary of completed tracking session data so that I can view the student and session information in one location easily.

 

UI

  • The user navigates to the Home screen and views the Sessions section with the setup tracking sessions

    • We will add a “Sessions” section with each of the tracking cards

  • We will add a second card with a “Completed” label when the user has submitted and completed data tracking for a specific data tracking.

    • Completed can display on bottom, bottom right corner, top next to heading title.

  • The user clicks the arrow and views the Summary of Completed Sessions screen for the specific tracking they selected

 

 

  • The Summary View of Completed Sessions will show the product in the top bar

  • There will be a back arrow to return to the home screen

  • The user will click the dates in the bar to navigate between completed sessions for different dates

  • There will be a list of student names in ABC order.

  • Below each student name will be the completed data tracking information for the selected tracking component.

 

 

 

 

Acceptance Criteria

  • Given the user has completed tracking session data, they will see another card for the tracking that is labeled “Completed”.

  • Given a Completed card is displayed on the screen, it will show below the open session cards.

  • Given the user clicks the completed arrow, they will see a Summary View of Completed Sessions screen.

  • The screen will show the product in the top bar.

  • There will be a back arrow so that the user can easily return to the previous screen.

  • The user will click the dates in the bar to view the summary views by date completion.

  • The summary views will display:

    • Student names

    • Behaviors/Skills

    • Relevant data information

 


Tracking Tab

User Story

As a staff member tracking data, I want to see all tracking cards so that I can track data that is relevant to the students' needs.

 

UI

  • We will remove the Recent Sessions section on the Tracking tab

 

 

 

  • The user should only see the tracking cards for the products allocated to their account to select from to track

 

 

Acceptance Criteria

  • We will remove the Recent Sessions from the Tracking tab that is currently in the test version.

  • The user should only see the tracking cards for Behaviors, Skills, Incidents, Self-Monitoring on the tracking tab.

  • The tracking cards will keep the same functionality.

  • The user should only see the tracking cards for the products that are allocated to their account.
