Description: As a teacher or admin who is viewing the Student Dashboard with the Percentage Based Attendance Tracking Method, I need to see the student’s attendance prior to the 4 week collection period and the Tier Recommendation and Absent/Tardy Rate after the the 4 week collection period so that I can have the most up to data information.
Acceptance Criteria: Prior to 4 weeks from the start of the school year (determined in Define School Year)
Pending Tier Recommendation Notice
Description: A notice showing on both the Absent and Tardy screens when 4 weeks of data has not yet occurred.
Validation:
The notice shows only for Percentage Based Attendance Tracking (See: District Level Admin Settings | Percentage Based (Default View)
Notice Reads: Pending Tier Recommendation: Tier recommendation for attendance require 4 weeks of data.
Notice is removed once 4 weeks from the start of the school year has passed.
Absent and Tardy Graphs (Prior to 4 weeks from the start of school)
These retain the same logic as is already in place showing the bars for the number of absences / tardies for each of the days.
