existing Integrated Assessment or create new Integrated Assessments.

Workflow Description

  1. Searching for existing resources.

  2. Uploading new resources.

  3. Editing and deleting resources.

 

Key aspects of Global Integrations: Assessment list include:

  • Add Assessment button opens the modal to add a new assessment. 

Existing Resources Page (Resources Search Table Page ): This interface serves as the central hub for all integrations that have been uploaded to the platform. It features advanced search by Assessment Name. The filters are by Company Name and Subject (Attendance, Behavior, ELA, Math) and are also advanced search so the desired Integration can quickly be found. The page displays an alphabetical table listing by Assessment Name for each Integration along with headings that include: Assessment Name, Company, Subject, and Description. Management actions like Adding or Editing are directly from the interface.

Add/Edit Resources Page (Add/Edit Resource ): Dedicated to the development and refinement of resources, this page provides a robust set of tools for content creation. Users can input detailed metadata for each resource, ensuring accurate categorization and easier retrieval. The interface supports the uploading of various content types, including text, images, and videos, and offers a preview function to verify the resource's appearance before publication. Additionally, the page includes options for saving drafts or publishing the content, complete with validation to ensure all necessary information is provided.

These components of the Resources Builder are instrumental in maintaining a well-organized repository of educational materials, facilitating seamless access and usage across the platform, and enabling educators to efficiently manage their content.
