The District Level Dashboard provides a high-level view for District Level Administrators, showing an overall picture of the entire district. Depending on the products purchased, the dashboard includes the following tabs: Overview, ELA, Math, Behavior, SEL, and Attendance. The functionality remains consistent across all tabs, featuring filters, search options, and detailed data breakdowns.

This release brings powerful enhancements to our District Level Dashboard, enabling administrators to make more informed decisions and drive positive change across their districts.


Key Features:

  • School Year Dropdown: Default to the current school year with options to view past years' data. Consistent selection across all tabs.

  • Group By Filter: Options include Region and Building, with Building as the default.

  • Search Bar: Easily search for buildings within the selected tab. Results are tab-specific and can be reset with an eraser symbol.

  • Filters: Includes Grade, Gender, Race, IEP, FRL, Housing Status, 504, EP. Only displays values from the district’s integrated data, increasing speed and relevance.

  • Building Selection: Click on a building name to view specific data. A title at the top of the Overview page indicates the selected building.

  • Drill Through Options: Right-click to drill down to Classroom and Grade Details within the selected building.

Pro Tip: Refresh the page for a quick reset of the District Dashboard.
