Frequency data can be viewed as rate. Because of this, when entering frequency data on the website an observation length needs to be entered. (Please note this is automatically calculated when using the mobile app for data collection)
View frequency data as rate in Analyze Data and within reports in Funder Report
To Enter FREQUENCY data on the website:
In the DATA ENTRY TAB, select the program
Choose the target(s)/plan you wish to enter data on. Then add in count/frequency of the target along with the amount of time you observed the client. This could be a programmed amount of time, determined by a supervisor OR the entire length of the session.
Don’t forget to click SAVE to save/graph your data!
