Enable Client Note Permissions | Client Notes are enabled by Permissions on Roles under Company Account. Permissions can be granted to: View Notes Add Notes Edit Notes Delete Notes
| Only Role 4 has Client Notes permissions by default.

Add Note Types | Client Note Types can be created to categorize the type of notes users will be able to choose from in the Client Profile. | For Note Type to display on Client Profile, it must be marked as Active. Users cannot delete a note type that has been assigned to a note. Can be marked inactive.

Access Client Notes in the Client Profile | In Client profile, click on the “Notes” section. | If you do not see the Notes section, then you have not been given permissions to access this area.

Create a Client Note | Click “Add New Notes” to create a new Client Note. Complete the following Required fields: THEN Click Save | Notes marked “private' will only be viewable by the user who created the note and users with Role 4 permissions. There must be at least 1 Note Type added to the company account in order to add a client note.

Navigate in the Client Note List area | By default, the notes will display in order of creation date, most recent first. Notes page can be sorted by clicking on any column header. Notes can be filtered by Note Type, Created by, Created On, Last Updated by, Last Updated On.
| User can click on the icon in the Notes field to expand and show the full note content in a pop up. If permissions are provided users can also Edit and Delete a note
