Client Notes are enabled by Permissions on Roles under Company Account. Permissions can be granted toRoles can have permissions as follows:

Add Company Account: Client Settings: Note Types
| For Note Type to display on Client Profile, it must be marked as Active. Users cannot delete a note type that has been assigned to a note. Can be marked inactive. Access Client Notes in the Client Profile | ||||
On Client profile, Notes section is now present for those users with permissions Create a Client Note | Click “Add New Notes” to create a new Client Note. Complete the following Required fields:

By default, the notes will display in order of creation date, most recent first. Notes page can be sorted by clicking on any column header. Notes can be filtered by Note Type, Created by, Created On, Last Updated by, Last Updated On. Click “Add New Notes” to create a new Client Note. | User can click on the icon in the Notes field to expand and show the full note content in a pop up. If permissions are provided users can also Edit and Delete a note | ||||
When creating a new Client note, the following fields are required:
