Enable Client Note Permissions | Client Notes are enabled by Permissions on Roles under Company Account. Permissions can be granted to:

Add Note Types | Client Note Types can be created to categorize the type of notes users will be able to choose from in the Client Profile.

Access Client Notes in the Client Profile | In Client profile, click on the “Notes” section.

Create a Client Note
| Click “Add New Notes” to create a new Client Note. Complete the following Required fields:
