Enable Client Note Permissions | Client Notes are enabled by Permissions on Roles under Company Account. Roles can have permissions as followsPermissions can be granted to:

Company Account: Client Settings: Add Note Types | Client Note Types can be created to classify the note entries on the client profile.categorize the type of notes users will be able to choose from in the Client Profile.

Access Client Notes in the Client Profile | On Client profile, Notes section is now present for those users with permissions | |
Create a Client Note | Click “Add New Notes” to create a new Client Note. Complete the following Required fields:
THEN Click Save |

Manage the Client Note List | By default, the notes will display in order of creation date, most recent first. Notes page can be sorted by clicking on any column header. Notes can be filtered by Note Type, Created by, Created On, Last Updated by, Last Updated On. Click “Add New Notes” to create a new Client Note. |

When creating a new Client note, the following fields are required:
Click Save. | Notes marked “private' will only be viewable by the user who created the note and users with Role 4 permissions. |
