We need to create a way to set licenses for each mental health topic. For PD, we will need to allocate X # of licenses per mental health topic. From here, we will need to designate which modules are included. For lessons, we will need to allocate # of of licenses per grade band. From here, we will need to designate which topics are included.
User Story:
As a district, I want to purchase a set # of mental health PD licenses for my staff but I only want them to see certain topics & modules.
As a district, I want to purchase a set # of mental health lesson licenses for each grade band & want to restrict which topics show for each grade band.

We will add a product in Jrich called Mental Health
For this product, we will add the following components in Jrich:
Lessons Grades K-2
Lessons Grades 3-5
Lessons Grades 6-8
Lessons Grades 9-12
Lessons All Grades
When a user adds any of the above components to an account, they will need to set the # of team member and student licenses
Additionally, the user will need to select which topics should show a product for each mental health training topic
We will set a # of team member licenses per topic
We also need to select which modules will showfor each of the allocated components.
Business Rules
When Lessons Grades K-2 is allocated, Mental Health Lessons for the selected topics will be available on the site for grades K, 1, & 2
,When Lessons Grades 3-5 is allocated, Mental Health Lessons for the selected topics will be available on the site for grades 3, 4, & 5
When Lessons Grades 6-8 is allocated, Mental Health Lessons for the selected topics will be available on the site for grades 6, 7, & 8
When Lessons Grades 9-12 is allocated, Mental Health Lessons for the selected topics will be available on the site for grades 9, 10, 11, & 12
When Lessons All Grades is allocated, Mental Health Lessons for the selected topics will be available on the site for all grades
The number of student licenses determines the number of students who can be assigned mental health activities, videos, or quizzes, based on the grade of the lesson. For example, if a district purchases 10 K-2 licenses, we will allow users to assign K-2 mental health activities, videos, and quizzes for up to 10 students.
The number of team member licenses determines the number of team members who can access mental health PD for the selected topics.
For example, if a district purchased 10 team member licenses for each grade band component, 40 team members would have access to mental health PD for all topics selected for all 4 grade bands.
If Lessons Grades K-2 is allocated 10 licenses and has Topic 1 enabled, and Lessons Grades 3-5, Lessons Grades 6-8, and Lessons Grades 9-12 are each allocated 10 licenses with Topic 2 enabled, 40 team members would have access to Mental Health PD for topics 1 & 2. This would include all modules for the 2 topics.
