For anyone of which the user has access, they can message. So, as a therapy provider, you can message with other providers in your organization as well as parents. Parents can message with providers of which they have access to. For messaging, you can create as large of group message as you like (but remember to be mindful and only message people that should be in the conversation 🥰 )

*You can also send an Announcement to a group of parents or staff by tapping on the megaphone icon, on the top right corner of the screen. Choosing to send a message as an announcement will blind carbon copy (BCC) all recipients. That is all recipients will receive the message, but will not be privy to others' names, email addresses, and contact information.

Who has access to using live video calling?

...

Similar to live calling with Facebook, Snapchat or Slack, this is a direct call with no waiting room.

*If you would like to use the live video calling, please reach out to your account manager to have them enable this feature in your TheraWe.

What devices does video calling work on?

...

TheraWe’s live video functionality works similarly to FaceTime or Using Facebook Messenger where the call is made and that call rings to the person you’re connecting with. There are no calendar invites or scheduling required to use this feature.

*Please note the recipient must have TheraWe (web or mobile app) launched/open in order to receive an incoming call.

Please note, if you use Rethink Scheduler then this integration is on the roadmap. Please contact your customer success manager for an update on when this will be available.
