1 | We’ve made it easier to make changes to existing authorizations such as changes in hours and dates | From the auth details screen you now have the flexibility to change the auth units or start and end date even if that authorization has appointments tied to it. Rethink will ensure that only changes that which align with the scheduling rules for that payor are madepermitted, and will alert you if the changes you make and are going to result in appointments that exceed the auth limits or are no longer tied to the authorization. | 2 | 3 | 4 |
Questions
Below is a list of questions to be addressed as a result of this requirements document:
2 | More flexibility with tracking authorization limits | Previously, Rethink would track the total authorized units for an authorization and alert or prevent you from scheduling more than that amount within the authorized time period. Now in addition to tracking the total number of authorized units, Rethink can also track the daily, weekly, or monthly limits entered in the authorization as well. If you want the system to track daily, weekly, or monthly limits, make sure to set the 'frequency' on the auth to match the way you want the limits enforced. |
3 | We’ve made it easier to audit non-payable appointments and check for entry errors | Appointments on the scheudle can be liked to the 'Non-payable' pay code if the employee does not need to be paid for this time. This new features gives administrators an easy way to audit these appointments to makes sure they were'nt entered as 'Non-payable' by mistake. The first way you can do this is by navigating to the appointment list page in the scheduler and choosing the 'Non-Payable' filter from the appointment pay types menu. The second way you can do this is by navigating to the 'Non-payable' tab in the Payroll Export workbook. |
