We need to add Self-Monitoring criteria to the Default Mastery in Account Settings in Account Setup. We need also to include Location settings and the Behavior Bank.

User Stories:

  • As a district employee responsible for updating the settings, I need to be able to include locations commonly used by our staff so that creating self-monitoring for our students will be quicker.

  • As a district employee responsible for updating the settings, I need to include a list of common behaviors so that our staff can set up self-monitoring for our students quicker and easier.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Given an account has been allocated MTSS Interventions (All Topics or Self-Monitoring enabled) that account will have access to Self-Monitoring

  • Given I am a user with permission to edit Self-Monitoring Settings, I will see the Default Mastery Criteria setting in the settings

  • Given I am a user with permission to edit Self-Monitoring Settings, I will see the Locations Setting in the settings

  • Given I am a user with permission to edit Self-Monitoring settings, I will see the Behavior Bank Setting in the settings

  • Given location and/or Behavior Bank settings are edited, those changes will show in the drop down for Self-Monitoring.

  • Given user has added custom location(s) and/or custom behaviors in the settings those additions will show in alphabetical order upon subsequent visits to settings.

(See example of drop down in Self-Monitoring Create Self-Monitoring Tool for Location).

    • If a user enters a custom location from the Create Self-Monitoring Tool, then the addition becomes part of the drop down menu for that specific student and does not change the custom locations added or edited in the settings.
