User Story

As a Teacher or Admin, I need to add/remove/adjust prompts while I am collecting data for goals and objectives so that I can document changes to my teaching strategy in-the-moment and in response to the student’s needs.

  • Users can change the prompts while data collection is taking place including

    • order of the prompts

    • adding additional prompts

    • removing prompts

  • User's prompt edits apply to subsequent tracking

  • Editing prompts is unlimited ;

    • Users can edit prompts as frequently as desired while tracking data

    • New Prompt edits replace previous edits and are applied to subsequent tracking

  1. User is tracking an existing goal or goal with objectives

  2.  User clicks on Goals and Objectives Edit Symbol (pencil)

  3. User edits existing prompts: Order, Additions, Removals

  4. User selects Save to update the the edits to prompts

  5. User is returned to tracking with new prompt edits applied
