Overview
Create a container to house the name of the goal selected, the subject from which it came, and functionality to support basic actions a User may want to take to manage the goal. Basic functionality includes:
Escalate goal
Print goal
Edit name of goal
User Story
As an Admin or Teacher, I need to see the goal I selected at the top of the page with a reference from the library where I selected the goal, and functionality to manage the goal so that I can quickly take action to escalate, print or edit the name of the goal.
