As an admin User, I need to navigate from the Student’s Tab to a selected student’s Goals and Analytics page so that I can manage the goals for the selected student.
Acceptance Criteria:
Update the dropdown selector within the Student Dashboard with a new drop down item named ‘Goals & Analytics’.
When hovered over, the User is cued by the change in color from white to gray.
