We need to make changes to permission settings to accommodate the changes to incident reporting.

Design

  • Change Incident Tracking to Incident Reports

    • Change Edit Incident Tracking to Edit Report

    • Change View Incident Tracking to View Report

  • Under Incident Reports, add:

    • View Settings

    • Edit Settings

    • Create Approve Report

    • Edit Behavior List

    • Edit Actions List

    • Edit Locations List

    • Create Custom Template

Business Rules

  • Edit Report allows users to edit or delete a previously created Incident Report for all students they have access to

  • View Report allows users to view a previously created Incident Report for all students they have access to

  • By default, all default administrative roles (5,6,7) will have permission to:

    • Edit Report

    • View Report

    • View Settings

    • Edit Settings

    • Create Approve Report

    • Edit Behavior List

    • Edit Actions List

    • Create Custom Template

  • By default, Lead Teachers, Multi-Account Lead Teachers, and Case Managers will have permission to:

    • Edit Report

    • View Report

    • Create Report

    • Edit Behavior List

    • Edit Actions ListEdit Settings

  • By default, Teachers and Multi-Account Teachers will have permission to:

    • Create Edit Report

    • View Report

  • By default, Paraprofessionals will have permission to:

    • View Report

  • If a user makes changes to the behavior list, actions list, or location list

  • By default, we will show a list of common locations. Users may add/remove locations on the list:

  • Classroom

  • Hallway

  • Bus

  • Cafeteria

  • Playground

  • Gym

  • Community/Field Trip

    Any custom role marked “is admin role” will have permission to:

    • Edit Report

    • View Report

    • View Settings

    • Edit Settings

    • Approve Report

  • Any custom role currently set with permission to view incident tracking will have permission to:

    • View Report

  • Any custom role currently set with permission to edit incident tracking will have permission to:

    • View Report

    • Edit Report

    • Edit Settings
