User Story
As an admin User, I need to navigate from the Student’s Tab Student Dashboard to a selected student’s Goals and Analytics student's "Goals & Analytics" page so that I can manage the their goals for the selected student.
Acceptance Criteria

Update the dropdown selector within the Student Dashboard with a new drop down item named ‘Goals & Analytics’.

Add a new item, "Goals & Analytics," to the dropdown menu in the Student Dashboard.
On hover, the "Goals & Analytics" item changes color from white to gray.
Clicking on Goals and Analytics takes the User to the student’s Goals and Analytics When clicked, the "Goals & Analytics" item directs the user to the selected student's "Goals & Analytics" landing page.
