User Story
As a Teacher, I need to navigate from the Student’s Tab to a selected student’s Goals & Analytics page so that I can manage the goals for the selected student.
Acceptance Criteria:
Replace the text for the link on the My Students Page from “Learning Plans” to “Goals” for each student.
When clicked the “Goals” link will take the User to the Student’s Goal & Analytics Page.
