User Story
As a teacher viewing the risk report, I need to see a complete picture of the student, their progress, and their specific needs so that I can create interventions and supports to help the student meet their potential.

Since states and districts have different needs in the area of Social / Emotional Learning (SEL) we will show three different varieties: SEL, Wellness Life Skills and Wellness. There will also be a tab showing the history of Intervention plans created for the student.
