Add Note Types | Client Note Types can be created to classify the note entries on the client profile.categorize the type of notes users will be able to choose from in the Client Profile. Access Client Notes in the Client Profile | In Client profile, Notes section is now present for those users with permissions. Image Removedclick on the “Notes” section. Image Added | If you do not see the Notes section, then you have not been given permissions to access this area.

Create a Client Note | Click “Add New Notes” to create a new Client Note. Image AddedComplete the following Required fields: THEN Click Save Image Added | Notes marked “private' will only be viewable by the user who created the note and users with Role 4 permissions. There must be at least 1 Note Type added to the company account in order to add a client note.

Navigate in the Client Note List area | By default, the notes will display in order of creation date, most recent first. Notes page can be sorted by clicking on any column header. Notes can be filtered by Note Type, Created by, Created On, Last Updated by, Last Updated On.
Click “Add New Notes” to create a new Client Note. | Image Removed | Image Added | User can click on the icon in the Notes field to expand and show the full note content in a pop up.
