Navigating to the Cancellations Report | From the Reporting Dashboard, select Cancellations under the Scheduling reports section | |
Generating the Cancellations Report | Enter the Date Range you are pulling for, Select the Cancellation Type (Staff or Client), and Click Update or Export to Excel | Suggested to run the report twice to get information in regards to both staff and client cancellations After clicking Update, prior to exporting to excel, you will see a limited number of fields including Staff or Client Name, Title of Staff, Location assigned to staff/client, # of cancellations, and the percentage of cancelled appointments that have been rescheduled

Exporting to Excel | Example See example of the Details tab in a Cancellations Report below: | When you export to excel, you will see two tabs. The Summary tab will be the same information that displayed prior to exporting. The Details tab will include additional information like date of each appointment cancelled, such as the date and start/end time of each appointment cancelled, service name, cancellation type, if you have created cancellation sub types in your Company Account you will see those here, and if that specific appointment was able to be rescheduledSuggested to run the report twice to get information in regards to staff and client cancellations and Cancellation Sub Types (If created under the Company Account)
