Cancellations Report
This report can be pulled to show you how many times a certain staff or client has cancelled their appointments, the reasoning behind that cancellation, if the appointment was able to be rescheduled, etc.

Navigating to the Cancellations Report | From the Reporting Dashboard, select Cancellations under the Scheduling reports section

Generating the Cancellations Report | Enter the Date Range you are pulling for, Select the Cancellation Type (Staff or Client), and Click Update or Export to Excel
