This resource will overview each area of the client program that requires customization before collecting data on this program. Once you have added a program from the program library to your Client’s Current or Future tab, editing the fields to customize it for data collection is required.

Prior to editing fields, you can RENAME the title of the Program.

NOTE: This is the program name that holds targets for data collection, so it typically remains general (e.g., labeling animals, attending to task, making a bed, tolerating aversives, etc.)

You will then select EDIT to edit the program for data collection

The information below describes each area of the program that can be edited prior to data collection. Based on the information below, you can edit each field specific how you want the skill to be taught and how you want data to be collected.

Area to Edit

Goal

This is an open text box. You can write the goal as you see fit for this client

How to track progress

Choose 1 option: Goal only or Goal and Objectives

Please see notes to assist with making your decision

This is asking whether you want 1 goal with targets underneath or goals, with objectives, with targets in each objective.

IMPORTANT: Targets still need to be added to objectives before any data collection can take place (done in a later section). All targets within 1 objective have to be mastered before any targets in another objective can be opened. All objectives have the same mastery criteria (set in the next section). If you’d like more flexibility, select Goal Only
