SEL GenEd content will be available and sold by grade level content. As such, we need to filter by individual grade levels in the Library and Resources areas.

- Under the category, SEL General Education, we need to change grade bands to individual grade levels for:
- Academic Connections
- Activities
- Home Connections
- Lesson Plans
- We should show grades:
- PK
- 1
- 2
- 3

- 9
- 10
- 11
- 12
Business Rules
- Clicking on a specific grade will pull content for that grade level
- SEL Special Education will remain in grade bands.
Lesson Library
Design
- Under the category, SEL General Education, we need to change grade bands to individual grade levels in the filter.
- Once General Education is selected as the SEL Teacher Type, we should see a menu labeled Grades
- We should only show one field for Grades. Currently, there is one for SEL Grade Group and another for Grades.
- We should show grades:
- All
- PK
- 1
- 2
- 3
- 4
- 5
- 6
- 7
- 8
- 9
- 10
- 11
- 12
- If Special Education is selected as the SEL Teacher Type, we should see a menu labeled SEL Grade Group
- Grade bands remain the same in this list
- We should not show the menu for Grades - just grade group.
Business Rules
- The default grade for General Education will be All
- Clicking on a specific grade will pull content for that grade level
- Students may only be assigned a lesson/quiz for their grade level. Meaning, if a student is in Grade 3, they can only be assigned Grade 3 content for GenEd.
- SEL Special Education will remain in grade bands.
- If a student previously mastered a PK-2 lesson (let's call it Lesson A), we need to show a mastery symbol next to the new Lesson A
- If a student was previously assigned Lesson A, we need to show the new Lesson A as assigned
Learning Plan
Design
- If a SEL Lesson was previously added to a student's learning plan, we will need to replicate this information
- Add lesson back to student's plan
- Add customized goals/objectives back to lesson
- Add mastery criteria back to lesson
- Add targets back to lesson
Business Rules
- If a student previously had a PK-2 lesson on the learning plan (let's call it Lesson A), we now need to add the new Lesson A to this student's plan
- If Lesson A had customized goals & objectives, we need to apply these edits
- If Lesson A had customized mastery criteria, we must replicate this for the new Lesson A
- If targets were added to Lesson A, we must replicate the target selections for the new Lesson A
- If any targets were on hold for Lesson A, we must place those same targets on hold for the new Lesson A
- If Lesson A was previously mastered, we should show the new Lesson A under Mastered Lessons
- If Lesson A was previously on the Future Plan, we should show the new Lesson A under Future Plan
Data Express
Design
- If a SEL Lesson was previously on the current learning plan, we must show the new SEL lesson in Data Express and any data previously collected
Business Rules
- If a student previously had a Pk-2 lesson on the current learning plan (let's call it Lesson A), we need to show the new Lesson A in Data Express
- If any data had been collected for Lesson A, we must replicate all of that data for the new Lesson A. This includes any notes, phase change lines, and mastery
View Progress
Design
- If data was previously collected on a SEL Lesson, we must show all graphs & progress reports for the new SEL lesson
Business Rules
- If a student previously had a graph for a PK-2 lesson (let's call it Lesson A), we need to show this graph for the new Lesson A
- If a student previously had a progress report including Lesson A, we need to show the new Lesson A in this same progress report - including any notes added to Lesson A
- The date of the progress report should remain the same as the previous version
File Cabinet
Design
- If a SEL graph or progress report was previously saved to the file cabinet, we must replace with the new SEL lesson graph/progress report
Business Rules
- If a student had a graph for a PK-2 lesson (let's call it Lesson A) in the File Cabinet, this graph must be replaced with the new Lesson A. The date should remain the same.
- If a student had a progress report that included Lesson A in the File Cabinet, this progress report must be replaced with the new version containing the new Lesson A. The date should remain the same.
Training Center
Design
- The SEL Training Center Modules will link to lessons for each grade level for GenEd and each grade band for Sped
- The list will be long, so we should show a scroll bar

Business Rules
- We will display lessons based on teacher settings. Meaning, if the teacher is set to General Education, they will only see the General Education Lessons in the drop-down
- Clicking on a lesson category, will take users to the teach section for that lesson. For example, clicking on PK General Education, will take users to the teach section for the PK Tier 1 and 2 (GenEd) lesson.
