How do I send a message chat to a parent or therapy provider?
As a provider, you can send a message to other providers or parents via the Communication Center and message icon. For messaging, you can send a single message or group message.

How many people can be in a message?
For anyone of which the user has access, they can message. So, as a therapy provider, you can message with other providers in your organization as well as parents. Parents can message with providers of which they have access to.
Who has access to using live video calling?
Users with a therapy provider account can now make live video calls in the communication center within the mobile app or in the web app. Parents cannot live video call therapy providers so that providers are not disturbed while they are providing services to other clients.
What devices does video calling work on?
Video calls can be made and received on the web platform, tablets (iOS and Android), and phones (iOS and Android). Video calling is not available on the mobile browser.
How do I make a video call?
In order to make a video call, use the side menu to navigate to the Communication Center and video call icon.
How do I schedule an upcoming call?
TheraWe’s live video functionality works similarly to FaceTime or Using Facebook Messenger where the call is made and that call rings to the person you’re connecting with. There are no calendar invites or scheduling required to use this feature.

How do I share my screen?
To share your screen, utilize the screensharing icon while in a video call. This functionality is available on the web platform, but not the mobile/tablet app.
How do I end a call?
To end a call, select the exit icon.
What happens if the other person doesn’t answer?
That is okay! You can send them a message to ask if they are still available. Today, the platform does not track missed call history.
