How easy is it to get started with the TheraWe platform for awesome parent engagement? 

Simple! After signup, an implementation manager will help with a bulk upload of therapy provider staff, clients, and parents. In addition, the implementation manager will create clients to practice with, so that you can build confidence. This will make getting started a breeze because all of your team no matter the skill level. 

How long does it take to train on the TheraWe platform?

For individual users, the platform training should take 5 - 15 minutes depending on your role. Overall, TheraWe is a modern and intuitive platform that is modeled after simple to learn platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Just to ensure that your team can really rock ‘n roll, an implementation manager will schedule hands-on training workshops with your team to ensure that they can login, find their clients, create content, and engage with parents. Life should be easy and pain free -- we are passionate about that with TheraWe. 

How do I add more therapy provider staff? 

In order to add more provider staff, you can utilize the web platform or mobile. Please follow the steps below. For a helpful overview, we have included a video. After a user is invited, they will receive an invitation email to create their password and accept the HIPAA agreement. 

Please note, if you are utilizing the Rethink Behavior Clinical and Scheduling modules as well, the users will already have accounts and can access TheraWe via single-sign-on. Please follow these steps to add new therapy providers How to Add A Staff Member

Steps: 

  • Web Platform>Side Menu>Team Members>Add Team Members 

  • Mobile App>Side Menu>Team Members>Add Team Members 

What if I access controls setup in Rethink Admin for certain staff members to access certain patients? 

This is upcoming functionality.

How do I download the TheraWe app? 

You can download the app in the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

How do I access the web version of TheraWe? 

The web platform can be accessed at www.therawe.co for both parents and therapy providers.

If I have the full Rethink Platform, how do I access TheraWe on the web?

If you have the full Rethink Platform, you can access TheraWe via the Behavior Health web platform. Once TheraWe is turned on by your account manager, Behavioral Health users can jump to TheraWe via the heart icon in the top right.

If I have the full Rethink Platform, how do I access TheraWe on mobile?

If you have the full Rethink Platform, you can access TheraWe via the Behavior Health mobile app. Similar to Facebook and Facebook Messenger, Behavioral Health users can jump to TheraWe when they are logged into their app. Please note, in order to complete the first jump you will need to have both apps downloaded.

How do I add new clients and their parents to the TheraWe platform? 

In order to add a client and their parent to the TheraWe platform, you can use the “Add Child” button and complete the form to send an automatic invite to the parent and create the new client. 

Please note, if you are also utilizing the Rethink Behavior Clinical and Scheduling modules, your clients will already be created and parents will be added to TheraWe. If I have Rethink BH, how do I add new caregiver contacts to TheraWe?

With the integration with Rethink, if TheraWe is turned on for your organization, then caregivers can be invited to TheraWe by using the Edit Contact>Invite to TheraWe flow. This process will send the caregiver contact an invite to TheraWe to create a password then then use their email and TheraWe password to login directly to http://www.therawe.co or the TheraWe mobile app. If a caregiver is also in the Rethink Parent Portal, there is a button that will direct them to http://www.therawe.co to use their credentials.

How do I add more parents to a client’s profile? 

In order to add more parents to a client’s profile, there two paths: 

(1) A therapy provider can add more parents to the client’s profile with these steps: 

Side Menu>Patients>Patient Name>Caregivers>Add Caregiver 

(2) Parents can add other parents via their self-service invite via these steps: Side Menu>Settings>Caregivers>Add Caregiver 

How do I view all of my clients? 

After logging into your account, all children in the organization are viewable via the search bar on the home screen. Search is masked in order to help with privacy while you are in the session with the parent. If you need a full view of the clients due to being in a leadership or billing position, you can toggle the full patient list view in the top right. 


Please note, if you would like to restrict access for your staff to certain clients, then you will need to upgrade and utilize the integration with the Rethink Clinical and Scheduler modules. 


How do I access Settings? 

In order to logout of your app, add team members, view your profile, and update your notification preferences (coming soon), you can navigate to the Settings view the side menu: 


How do I access my clients? 

On the Patient’s screen, you can search for the client’s of which you have access. If you are in need of a view of all of the clients of which you have access, you can toggle a full list. 

What all can I do when viewing the client profile? 

On the client profile, you can: 

(1) View all of the parents associated with the client

(2) View all goals entered by the parents 

(3) View the previous posts and comments on the client Timeline (from your organization and other organizations added by the parents) 

(4) View all documents uploaded by the parents to the client profile
