User Story

• As as admin, I want to know how many staff are accessing the Behavior PD modules, so I can ensure they are being used.

UI

Overview Admin Graph

• A new line will be added to the graph and with the label of Behavior Series.

• When the user hovers on a data point, it will reveal the number of unique users who accessed Behavior Series training content within the date range.

Acceptance Criteria

• Training will show if the district or any of the regions/buildings selected have been allocated Behavior Training Professional Development

• All users who viewed a Behavior Training PD screen or took a test will be in the total count.

• Unique Users will include the number of unique team members who accessed Behavior Training PD resources (training, test, materials) within the date range.

• Total activities will include the number of Behavior Training PD resources accessed within the date range.

• As an admin, I want to know the scores my staff received on Behavior PD modules, so I can ensure they understand the content.

• We need to add Behavior Training Series to the bottom of the drop down list for all series.

• We need to include Behavior Training Series in the All Series option.

Results

• We need to add Behavior to the drop-down

• When the user selects Behavior, they will see the scores for Behavior PD modules

• We will provide a second filter to display only All Domains or one domain at a time

Activities:

• We need to add Behavior Series to the drop-down

• We also need to include Behavior Series usage in the All Series option

Unique Users:

• We need to add Behavior Series to the drop-down

• We also need to include Behavior Series usage in the All Series option

Acceptance Criteria

Graph

• Behavior will show as an option for users in accounts where Behavior Professional Development has been allocated

• The number of unique users who viewed or accessed Behavior PD will be counted in the total.

• Clicking on Behavior Series will display the number of unique users who have accessed Behavior PD

• Given the user selects Building in the top left corner, then they will see the selected building displayed on the graph and the name of the building in the key.

• Given the user hovers on the data point, then it will display the number of unique team members accessing training activities (i.e. 48 Unique Team Members)

• Video and HTML5 files will count as a training video

• PDFs will count as a training activity

• Tests will count as tests

• The options for Behavior Training are:

  • View training video

  • View training activity

  • Take training test

Results:

• We will default to All Domains

• We will only show domains and topics allocated

• The Behavior PD results will be included in the All Domains results.

• The key will be organized by the four domains

  • Understanding Behavior

  • Creating Positive Learning

  • Teaching Behavior Skills

  • Managing Behavior

• The module names for each domain will be listed below the domain name title in the key.

• The key can be collapsed/expanded

Activities:

• Training will show if the user has access to Behavior Professional Development

• Training Videos watched will include the number of Behavior PD Series video/HTML5 files accessed

• Modules Completed will include the number of trainings with a passed test

• Modules Started will include the number of trainings started but not completed (i.e. started video but did not pass test)

• Modules Not Started will include the number of trainings that have not been accessed by users

Unique Users:

• This will function as it does for the MTSS PD series.

• When the user selects Behavior Series, they will see a report detailing:

  • The number of users with trainings available

  • The number of users with training videos watched

  • The number of users who completed the series

  • The number of users who started but did not complete the series

  • The number of users who have not started the Behavior Professional Development series

List View:

• Training will show if the user has access to Behavior Series Professional Development

• This will function as it does for the MTSS training series

• Given a user has accessed Behavior PD Series, their name will show in the utilized list.

  • There is a column for the total number of training activities utilized.

  • There are columns for the number of activities utilized in each specific training series.

• If a user has not accessed Behavior Series PD or any other PD series, they will show on the not utilized list.
