We need to provide users a way to customize settings for Tier Levels for Star Early Literacy, Star Reading, Star Math, Behavior, SEL, Attendance
As per Tracey on 6-23 we are going to have the user select once at the beginning of the year which tier levels they want for academic areas so that comparison data remains consistent throughout the school year.
