We need a way for Admin users to view district or buildings by student for the areas of Reading, Math, SEL, Behavior Scores and information so that they can make informed decisions for MTSS Interventions for both the staff and the students in their district.
User Story
As a district level admin overseeing building(s), I need to be able to view the list of students for my district/building so that I can filter and learn more about the students in my district./building.
UI:
Admin can view the report by Student by clicking on a Classroom from the Classroom view or by clicking on dropdown below graphs and selecting Student
The user will see the Students in alphabetical order.
The user can type in the Search box to find a specific student.
The user can filter by grade, tier, gender, race, IEP, FRL. Housing, 504, EP

Acceptance Criteria:
Given I am a user with permission to View Admin Dashboard and I have the MTSS Intervention component and I select a classroom from the district view, I will see a list of students for a selected classroom in the Classroom dashboard view of the MTSS report.
Given I am a user with permission to View Admin Dashboard and I have the MTSS Intervention component and I select students from the dropdown I will see a list of students for the building/district in alphabetical order.
Given I am a district/building level admin or a non-admin with permission to View reports and I have the MTSS Intervention component and I am viewing the Student overview, I will see the list of students who have measured at the Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 level based on the cut score settings on the graph for the given areas for the selected time frame
Given I am a district/building level admin or a non-admin with permission to View reports and I have the MTSS Intervention component and I am viewing the Student Overview, I will see the all the Students who are a part of the district/building in alphabetical order.
Given I am a district/building level admin or a non-admin with permission to View reports and I have the MTSS Intervention component and I click on a Student to view, I will be taken to the Student dashboard view for that specific student. (See image: Student dashboard)
Given I am a district/building level admin and I have the MTSS Intervention component but I do not have SEL component, I will NOT see the SEL graph, tab, and SEL columns

User Story
As a district level admin overseeing buildings, I need to easily get back to the grade view I was viewing before I selected to view by student.
UI:
Admin can view grade report by clicking on the grade in the breadcrumbs if t or they can select grade from dropdown

Given I am a user with permission to View Admin Dashboard and I have the MTSS Intervention component and I select the grade breadcrumb, I will return to the grade report
Given I am a user with permission to View Admin Dashboard and I have the MTSS Intervention component and I select the grade in dropdown, I will return to the grade overview
User Story
As a district level admin overseeing building(s), I need to be able to click on a student and view the report for that student and then return to the last report I was looking at with same filters engaged.
UI:
Admin user clicks on a student row from the list, which takes the user to the Student report of the MTSS Dashboard so that the user can investigate what is happening with a particular student.

They can click the breadcrumbs on the student report or the back button to return to the admin reports student list report with same filters engaged

Given I am a user with permission to View Admin Dashboard and I have the MTSS Intervention component and I select a student row, I will see the Student report for that student
Given I am a user with permission to View Admin Dashboard and I have the MTSS Intervention component and I see the selected student report from the district student list, I will be able to click the breadcrumbs or back button to return to the admin student report with same filters engaged
The system should maintain the state of the filters and restore them when I navigate back to the admin student report.
