Whole interval data is viewed as percent of intervals with an occurrence. Because whole interval data is viewed as percent of intervals with an occurrence, when entering whole interval data on the website “number of intervals observed” needs to be entered. (Please note this is automatically calculated when using the mobile app for data collection)

To Enter WHOLE INTERVAL data on the website:

  • In the DATA ENTRY tab of a client’s profile, select the program

  • Choose the target(s)/plan you wish to enter data on. Enter the number of intervals where the target behavior occurred for the entire interval along with the total number of intervals you observed the client. This could be a programmed number of intervals, determined by a supervisor OR intervals spanning the entire length of the session.

  • Select SAVE to save/graph your data
